Focaris is a Neapolitan pizzeria on Merrick Road in Lynbrook, NY. Every pie is a 12-inch individual pizza, hand-stretched from dough we make in-house and baked in our brick oven with homemade mozzarella. Start with focaccia or a Caprese, add a plate of fresh pasta, and finish with tiramisù or a Nutella pizza. We are open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch, weekend brunch and dinner, with a full bar, takeout and delivery.
